03 6.0 injector replacement
Piston looks ok. Doesn’t look like anything was bouncing around in the cylinder. I’d throw an injector in it and see how it runs, if it still misses real bad or has a skip while cranking then you’ll need to have a compression test and leak down test done Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
So a bigger TURBO is not always better?

What turbo to get with baby swamp injectors?

Yeah it should be steady. You’re probably gonna have to chase wires. Seen a bunch where the wires were damaged right at the back of the connector. Another common point is where the harness loops down under the air cleaner. You could also possibly have a bent crank tone wheel or one that came... -

6.0 Fuel pressure question causing no start?
It is normal for that. The fuel pump only runs for about 30 sec, unless it sees rpm, then it’s commanded on constantly. When you say building oil pressure, is that high or low pressure? And what is the psi if it’s hi pressure? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Coolant in valley, leak.
What year truck is it? The 11-14 the coolant fitting on the top of the turbo, towards the drivers side is very prone to leaking. Also have seen turbo to block gaskets leak, although much less than the fitting. If it is the fitting do the tube at the same time. Other than that the best bet would... -

The converter needs pressure to unlock the clutch, so if pressure is low, the clutch will be locked on. It’s backwards from what you’re thinking Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- 6.0 Tech

Recalibrating will affect the distance to empty reading. Other than that, not really needed. Fuel gauge will still read correctly, just not dte without calibration Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- 6.0 Tech

I believe all the titans I’ve done have had a bolted ring for the sender. I’ve put sumps in titans, never done one on an s&b though. Don’t remember seeing a spot for one though on them… Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- 6.0 Tech

I have done an s&b or 2, and a couple of titans. Had an issue with an s&b in our old shop tow vehicle, in that it would spit back when filling right before the pump clicked off.
