I'm having the same issue and symptoms. I also found that if you hurry and toss it in reverse before pressure raises too much that it will go into reverse and move. but if you wait more then a second or two after starting, it will not move in reverse. Is there a way to test solenoids besides...

190/100 a solid injector that will easily attain your hp goals, I don't know anyone that tows with 205's ? I'm sure its possible though. It's so hard to say on cleanup with this turbo setup, cuz its never been done. lol trial and error I'd say.

Im with you Chris, I'm doing mine monday one at a time , talked to way too many experienced guys I trust that have no issues with it to believe a few guys on a diesel website ;)
just put on my 4" turbo back diamond eye yesterday, one cut on center section, and it fit great! little squirrely around the tailpipe area being so close to the spare tire, but other then that i think it looks great.
