Ct Inspection/ emmisions on a 03 6.0

I would give it a shot. Most inspectors will see the cat and call it good. They don't know or care if it is hollow.

Two gaskets, one on each side of the extension housing. There is no output shaft seal on a 4x4 tranny.

Couple electrical question 2001 with 7.3

First relay slot. The one you're pointing to. Trailer tow battery charge circuit. Second is trailer back up light relay. Two 30 amp maxi fuses in the power distribution box. Location 11 is battery charge. Location 26 is trailer brake. You will have 7.5 amp fuses for turn signals. Check...

Correct. Go with the 6.oh cooler. Get a real tranny gauge too. The tube and fin aftermarket cooler you currently have is useless. Always use a stacked plate cooler like the 6.0, V10 or Long TruCool. These are the most efficient type coolers.:thumbsup:
