    Switch panel

Someone on one of these forums (TDS, PSN, PSA, PSO) had an extremely nice setup. I will have to search for it. Cheers!

    no pcm power

Extra wires on the connector side or on the harness side? I'm assuming you wired it pin for pin? Cheers!

    no pcm power

Try cleaning the contacts with some contact cleaner. I would disconnect both batteries before doing that as well. Check to make sure the connector pins are not able to push out the back of the connector. Cheers!

    P2011 &p2012 codes need help

I don't see those DTCs in any list from the Powertrain Control/Emissions Diagnosis (PCED) manual. Can you reverify those or what scanner was used to retrieve them? Cheers!

    95 F-350 CEL HELP

Know what code was stored would help, but in the short term, I would probably inspect the harness connections at the valvecovers (1 front and 1 rear for each valvecover). If you disconnect each one, is there oil in the connector or any burned/melted pins? Also, remove the oil cap and sniff it...

    ECU Code

That is it! You should be able to get a chip for that. The PCM "type" is a DPC-202 and the program code is a NAW4. Pretty common. Cheers!

    GPR and PCM

And just for more info, here is some stuff on the monitoring: Cheers!

    GPR and PCM

Just for info: If the OP's 97 conversion is from a California model truck, he could have the Glowplug Monitoring circuit(s) and have those codes show up. Cheers!

    radiator front mount bushings

I can't find a Ford part number. I made mount bushings for my intercooler using some fender washers, bolts, and swaybar endlink bushings I had lying around. Cheers!

What year truck is it? Cheers!

    intake hose part number

I don't have a part number for that hose (sorry). I would try calling AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake (formerly Tousley) or Sunrise Ford. Alternatively you could use the hose that works with the TYMAR intake kit: Purosil 367-400-060 Cheers!

has anyone thought about glass replacement and tow mirrors

Probably not as easy as it sounds. You have to have the internal clearance for the larger glass, probably have to modify the regulators, felt channels, and internal/external ledge wiper seals. One-piece window kits have been done in other vehicles (VWs as an example) usually with less-than...

96 7.3 MASSIVE Oil Filter leak

Just make sure the piston can slide freely in the bore, I guess. Cheers!

96 7.3 MASSIVE Oil Filter leak

It would be a PITA, but you may need to check the oil pressure regulator on the block side of the oil filter header/adapter. Maybe the valve piston is hanging up causing the pressure to be more than it shoud be when cold. There is also the bypass valve inside where the filter screws on, but...

    96 F350 skipping

Well, now is the time to get better at it! One bank down does not usually indicate a CPS problem. Since you have swapped IDMs with the same results, I would do those tests just to verify no wiring problems from end to end. Cheers!

    96 F350 skipping

Hopefully you did the external pigtails one wire at a time to ensure that the order remained the same. Break out the multimeter and try this: For checking the injector/glowplug wiring: From each valvecover gasket connection's outermost pins (2 per connector) to ground you should get 0.1 to 2...

    Fuel bowel heater

A 96 will have 3 connections on the drver's side of the fuel bowl as Bugman mentioned. Top-most is the Fuel Restriction Sensor on the Fuel Pressure Regulator block. The nest one down is the Fuel Heater (funky-looking spade connector), and the lowest one just below the fuel heater connection is...

    Ebpv questions

You can always remove and clean the tube that runs from the front of the passenger side exhaust manifold up to the EBP sensor by the High Pressure Oil Pump (HPOP) reservoir. I use carb cleaner and some wire rope chucked in a variable speed drill to (just like a plumbing snake) clear the soot...

    DIY deluxe sun visors

I'm guessing that it might be the "double" visor like what my 94 had. You could flip one to the side and still have the second, fixed, one down in front. They also had the lighted vanity mirrors too! I wish my 97 had them. Cheers!

    No Power Maxifuse 22

Bugman's idea is the correct way to go. The pump might very well draw more than that circuit is designed for. The switching section of a suitably-sized relay will not draw nearly the same amount of current as a pump. Cheers!
