Its completely 04. Has aluminum hpop, wavey style oil rails, throttle plate, etc. It gets the insufficent flow code for the welded up egr cooler

looked at there website and according to the picture it reuses the stock ball joint. I'm looking for a track bar setup that gets rid of the ball joint and possible replace it with a clevis and bushing similar to the style track bar the 99-04 super duty's had. thanks tho.

If your still running gold coolant and still have an egr cooler then the coolant is your problem. the gold coolant is silicone base. the egr burns the silicone in the coolant and turns it into crystals and clogs the oil cooler up. Best thing to do is to run ecl or delete your egr cooler. If it...

My torque converter stall speed is 2k rpms and I was staging at 3k rpms wonder if this contributed to my issue?

I was staging for awhile. trans got about 160 degrees. I let it cool off and now it shifts and locks up fine.
