Morgan & Jared, are yall going to be at the HOI Fair tonight for the pulls tonight? Got some of your trucks pullin? And what are the chances we can get that '11 truck with the '15 turbo to hook to the sled tonight? I know, a slight derail, but it would still be great to see a 6.7 pull tonight especially the one weve been talking about this whole time! Isnt he from central Illinois too?

He is, but he has a 6.4 pulling truck that makes as much power or more than mine. He will be hooking that probably. I doubt he will pull his daily driver.

Myself, Morgan, and Coady should all be there with our 6.4s

Good deal man. Too bad you wont have any 6.7s, either way Im hopin the Powerstrokes walk away with some wins. Where do you think you guys will be at? It would be great to put some faces to the names and stop by to introduce myself :toast:

And just to clear this up since I've had a bunch of questions from people. You do not have to have special tuning to run this turbo. It will run on a bone stock truck with dpf if so desired.

For the 11/12 guys, Any idea what psi these turbo's can peak at with out going boom?

Also does the kit include something to get rid of that eye sore plastic intake? Love opening the hood and seeing turbo porn.

That's what I wanted to hear. Called yesterday an put myself on the list.
The gentlemen on the phone was very helpful (not Morgan) and appreciated his time for answering all my questions.

I don't understand your question? What do you mean "peak" and which turbo are you talking about?

No it is all factory parts. We have stainless intake in the works.

Power is not all based on boost remember that. But since VGT duty cycle is the limiting factor, a smaller turbine wheel (like what the '15 turbo has) will allow the turbo to spin faster, thus making more boost.

Isn't the duty cycle only limiting for the 13+ guys. The 11/12 guys can get 36 psi on the war hammer tune. I hit 34 on the early h&s stuff.

No. The duty cycle is limited on the earlier trucks also. The issue isn't noticed on a baby turbo like the stock unit, once you put in a large turbine wheel like whats in the 4094 is when we have found we could use more duty cycle.
