But why isn't it worth it? If it's faster down the track it's faster.
Especially if the pricing is close.
If the pricing is really $5000 out the door, MAYBE. Before we were talking $7500 for the swap....That is stupid for 600-700hp.
Im staring at a 6.4 right now with 1100hp. Has had a hard 6 months with EDEs stage 5, 5r110 and never misses a shift at 4300rpms.
I know there are others who are reading this thinking the same exact thing but arent posting. Just like shawn said.

Once again has anyone been in a truck with a 4r if not then you have no business talking about it. The only downside I see is a couple of lights on the dash and no cruise. If that is a problem for you then this is not your swap
