I should get a chance to pull the head tonight or tomorrow and see what kind of carnage were looking at, ive had a couple people look at it and talked with morgan... everyone says the same thing either, a valve keeper failed or it wasn't installed correctly by the machine shop... so that's a royal piss off... but nothing I can do now other than fix it and do it right.

Morgan and I have a plan, im gonna bring a truck load of parts to TS which he will take home and when its ready ill take a road trip to his shop and pick up a done fresh motor dressed to the valve cover.

I was toying with the idea of just dropping a piston in the existing block if the walls are okay but well see if the heads trashed im into a decent amount of $ for something im just going to pull apart again.. thankfully its not my DD an I knew this kind of thing could/ would happen when I bought it (just not this soon)

so hopefully I can get it back together relatively quickly and well be back in action!

I'm gonna pull the heads off tomorrow, I'll post some pictures of the carnage, I'm expecting it will be pretty good Lol... I pulled the valve stem out backwards through the guide on Friday

Ya that one is going to get clean up when I pull it out and will have a nice spot on my desk Lol... On a good note I got the spare note I got the spare motor broken down and all the pieces I need from the motor in the truck stripped off, wrapped up and in boxes ready for Morgan

The head didn't fair to we'll either obviously, but surprisingly the cylinder wall isn't to bad, one light scratch but it could defiantly be used again
