jesus this is out of hand. how in the *** can we not just focus on ford actually doing something special. ford winning is an absolute game changer. this is not who is in love with who, this is who has the best chance of handling business. we look like dmax owners with all this in fighting.

We need a ford to win for every ford powerplant that has ever competed. There is no need for the hostility because now all it looks like to the other guys competing is that we are a bunch of drama filled cheerleaders with nothing to do but gossip and stab each other in the back.

For us ford guys it is about the blue oval on the front and the 1000 pounds of pure international muscle under the hood. That is it.

Soooo..... Back to the PCS/5R topic...

I would imagine it would really clean shifting up. I'm pretty excited to see if it actually does.

I mean, the factory TCM has a lot of control, but it's all tied up in algorithms and calculations. I'd imagine that "hey you, shift now" would improve control over "carry the 5, add 15, multiply by pi, oh crap! Should have shifted!" Especially because its a much more simplified process.

I've been laid up with back spasms for the last day and a half, but I'm hoping to get to the Fred Meyer and pick up a mag tomorrow! I'll be voting for a Ford win

Unfortunately, it's not just that simple. The 5r doesnt shift the same way a 4r does. There are clutches applying and removing at the same time and it complicates the whole process.

He's changing it to a 480. But yes still a single.

Craig's truck is awesome, no doubt, but it's bs to say Shawn doesn't have a shot. Nothing against Craig, but Shawn has more experience competing than 90% of people out there. It's never all out power that wins, and there's no " perfect setup" at the dpc... Which is by design. If a 6.0 has a shot at bringing home a ford title, Shawn knows what it would take.

I for one am sick and tired of fords not placing well. Ill be voting With experience in mind.
