must be the photo cause the bolt holes are fine other than being to small. I'm going to drill them out a touch larger...then it'll fit. The stock alternator case isn't machined...it's cast. And I don't think they were casted over seas, but I could be wrong.

The intake bracket is fine. I drilled out the front two mount holes a 1/16" and it fits perfectly now. Should look awesome with all the other shiney stuff!

heck yeah, that's purdy! is the wheel square to the rest of them for belt safety? i really wanna see your rig in person some time.

I got a response back from kyle in tech support at DC Power. He told me to drill out the mount hole that was giving me an issue to 1/2" and see if it helps. I had already drilled it out I told him.

Just got my stock hot side CAC pipe back from being polished. Can't wait to get it on. Just waiting to get my turbo back from KC.

No...I bought new bolts and spacers. Onlypbolts that come with the manifolds are the ones that bolt the manifolds to the y-pipe.
