Probably won't bother if it's out of site, which according to HOOV3R it is. Good to know you all powder coat though!

Yeah, they are tucked up in there. The other shoo truck is set up this way, and you have to know its there. And yes we do ceramic coating also.

sent from the shop making things fly.....

I really want a dark shadow gray metallic truck but if not, this guy texted me back today asking if I was still interested and said I could have it for 16,500. Would definitely ditch the stacks ASAP but doesn't seem like an awful deal.

this guy texted me back again and said he take 15,750. Said he needs money to make a house payment before he deploys. Motostroker is going to check out the gray truck tomorrow morning. If that ones turns out to be a piece or we can't settle on the price I will probably low ball this guy and end up with this truck.

That truck looks very very very very familiar...any clue who studded it?

What do you all think about this one? My dad called me said he likes it and is thinking about buying it for a work truck. They did electrical work for the dealership so they told him 15. He says its in really good shape and that it looks brand new. Had the injectors replaced at 115k

Good looking truck & the price is fine. Its very very difficult to say whether it not a truck will be fine.

My truck is an 06 that I bought at 85k miles. One owner factory serviced. All egr and oil cooler replaced under warranty. A few injectors. Deltas were excellent when I bought it.

Truck was immaculate with a great track record and I blew the gaskets 5k miles later. These things are hit & miss but once studded and the egr is addressed they're great trucks. If I were to buy another 6.0 I would find one with a price that still would all stud money if it wasn't already

Okay I appreciate the advice. I think he is going to go ahead and pull the trigger he likes it a lot more than the 2011 f150 he tried out. I think at this point he is just wanting to do the EGR delete. Should he be pretty good with just the EGR delete on a otherwise stock truck?

The problem is you never know.. It's a shot in the dark, does he feel lucky?

lol I guess we will see. I might talk him into doing everything.

He put it up on the lift and noticed some oil looks from the rear of the heads was his wording. He asked the dealership to have their diesel guy take a look at it and give him an honest opinion of what he though

Okay so back to my gray truck. Motostroker is on his way to look at it now. Talked to the owner of the dealership a bit and he about had a coronary when I told him I'd like to get the truck for 15 or 15.5 LOL

Anyways, seems like he's not going to budge very much at all. These are KBB values

Excellent
$19,121

Very Good
$18,421

Good
$17,721

Fair
$15,321

What do you guys think would be a good price to get out of there with it? He has it listed pretty close to Good value and says the truck is really nice. I was thinking i'd be happy at 16-16,500 OTD but I'm not sure he will budge that much.

Need to catch a train at 1am to make it down there in the morning. I'm dealing in cash if that makes a difference.

Also does anyone know how taxes/tags/etc works for out of state?

Cash doesnt make a difference. Dealer gets paid @ once regardless unless its a buy here pay here which it isn't in your case.

Kbb is a bad representation on an auto value. Nada is better. Black book is what we use.
