Has he tried by passing the key? Turn key on and touch the lead by passenger side battery to hot?

Roger had that problem once. Turned out to be either a bent/broken pin in the ecu connector.

Eh do it like in the movies grab 2 wires from under the dash and cut, strip, and twist them together! LOL

Sounds like a bent pin in a PCM harness connector. Time to bust out the old dvom

He thinks it could be the Cam Sensor. Hopefully it's something that easy.
