No parking lot crawler here... No rubbing issues... Some people just like the looks of there wheels hanging outside of the wheel wells by 4-6"...

No rubbing offroad with the paddles. 40 inchers. However the front was a different story lol

Look at doing some 38x15.5 tires. There is a HUGE difference in power loss between 38's and 40's. Just something to think about... 38x15.5 can look just as good as 40's...

I love me some 40's, but without body mods, the truck has to sit so high, that it's awkward to climb in and out of, and the bed becomes nearly useless for a daily driver. I'll be bumping up to 38x13.50's here in the next couple months, along with some 4.56's, as I can still comfortably clear them with my 6" lift, considering my wheel offset. Danny, PM me if you'e in need of a full leaf spring kit for that truck. I have a used 8" kit including complete rear leafs I'll give you a real good deal on. All it's missing is the shocks.

Here's 10in w/ 40s, I don't know how much offroading he actually does, or how much articulating he does, but the rear flares are cracked, presumably from too much flex. I'll say this though, it isn't exactly a trailer queen, but I wouldn't use this set up for serious offroading.
