and i dont even think that was a good dyno reading Lance. Heck Briar made 648hp with his stage 3 and 190/100's. So the stage 4 and 205's should make north of 650 no prob.

I'm not denying that they make good power on the dyno...i'm just laying the options out there. I do take exception to making claims like yours though.

I can already see where this is heading so I'll just bow out now lol

Not that it is really a great comparison to a MTW turbo, BUT my truck with a hurt 66 and fueling issues walked all over a ecsb (mine is ccsb) truck with a swamps 68mm pmax and swamps 205/100's. And my truck is not even close to fueling as hard as it should be. 366 FTW

I know I'm following you on Instagram lol stalker status engaged!

So far 366 is looking great! I'm wishing I would have went bigger than my 175s at the moment but they were a gift lol

LOL creepin hard! Don't let the fact that I break my truck constantly make you stray away from the 366... I just have issues breaking anything I touch. But in all honestly I don't have any bad to say about my 366 setup from MPD other than the fact that it made me want to go bigger. Because there's never enough power!

i don't know what he had before he got the stage 3 Lance. I just know with the stage 3 and 190/100's put his truck at 648hp according to track time/speed. I'm not saying that the 66mm isn't gonna be a good option...cause it definity is a good one. I'm just throwing the stage 4 out as an option even thow it's more of an expensive one than the 66.

Yes the MTW Stage 3 I had is at 35k and counting... Still running strong! And my track times put that truck at 663 rear wheel hp, 720 crank... and that's psa's calculator! And I firmly believe it had more in it, Case in point I could only get it to run 1.9 60fts with the tires I had available to me. I wish I was able to get Craig's slicks under it to really dial it in :evil

It's all good! I just love how your truck looks!!! Breaking things is a way I life tho!

Vgts are great I'm still waitin for results on mtw stuff... The non Vgt is proven and is know for reliability. And my towing consists of a horse trailer twice a year and some random small stuff... I'm mainly looking for a bad ass dd that ppl will have no idea it can lay down some serious power... Ill prolly throw a converter in it and maybe a billet input shaft for now. My next big purchase is a full fuel system from sump to rr, I may also spray it which is why Vgt may not be the way to go..

Any time man! You really got me think that if I need I can just go from the 66 into compounds if I need to! Just wondering if I should push the stock trans lol

Yeah stock trans won't love that... A converter will help for sure and billet input to be safe. Call up MPD
And chat about the turbo setup I'm sure Craig can help guide you. They have been a great help to me.

I did once. It put me low 600s but everyone I talk to says that dyno is 30hp low on average... so I kinda gave up on dynos. Track times prove more reliable imo.

What were your track times?

OP sorry for the de-rail. I am going to jump on the non VGT bandwagon. 64/66 something along those lines with a higher stall converter and 205's to ensure you have ICP.

Well built trans would come next summer... Ill prolly swap the converter and Input this summer becuase of the 175s... Ill will have to give Mpd a shout and discuss things with them
