That sucks hope you get her going

Got some braded lines made real quick. Do you know off the top of your head of those are 1/4 lines with 3/8 -24 fittings? I know the earlier SD's were but I can't find out if the 08's are or not. It's the fittings that run along the frame rail that run parallel with the fuel lines.

Yes Morgan that's what I did. We will see if it holds. It has a slight drip still gonna let it sit over night and see. Not yet Jacob but getting close.

The return line from the regulator to the supply line is a TIGHT fit and made the hot side a sob to get on. It's on now, but I have a feeling first time I get on boost it's gonna pop off. Gonna have to run a 90 or something off the regulator to get it to work right and relieve the stress on that line.

As I suspected...walked into the shop this morning and the "fix" was leaking fluid over night. back to square one...just looks like a new steel line is in line for me and a night of bending and fitting. :pint:

Sucks to hear! Good thing it's something pretty simple though.

Can't wait for burn out videos. Post some info in my thread about singles when your done. Hopefully help some people out in making decisions!

Can't build boost over 20 psi or it pops a boot off. Lol. I guess that's a good thing. Different driving from the stockers.

Trying to! Lol. The return line is fighting me from the regulator. Need to re route it. On a side note, need to put a blanket on that turbo and wrap the pedestal pipes. Throws a p0183 code at start up for fuel rail temp too high. Try to get those under hood temps down.

Oh yeah its a different animal. Once I get it to hold boost without making the people walking down the road dive for the ditch I bet I'm gonna like it even more!

Little early in the shifting for my liking. Need to chat with Matt about that. 30mph in 3rd and 35's gets a little warm.

I'm running his regular shifting. It's okay. The hybrid is late lock 5th gear only. I asked him to make the regular shift a little later and he told me to use tow/haul mode on the shifter. Supposed to make it shift later. Worth a try.

I see 850-1100 driving town, and on the highway up hills

Bout the same egt's I'm seeing. When under acceleration around 800-950. Need to get on it a little harder and it stays down a little more. Been driving in tow haul as well. Seems to help. Maybe when the transmission gets built I will throw a little higher stall in it
