A 30-40° delta is fairly normal, even while towing. But if you stop and have to idle a bit after running hard, it might go higher. I will go out on a limb and say that something is ***ed up with your temps though. 1/2 pedal at 105 might be a contributing factor.

Uh oh, my primary pump on my 15 did this at 40000k. It only made about a week and was leaking pretty bad by the time I got it in to the dealer. It was all ******d with the nl stage 2 intake as well. My dealer was really good thou and it was in for half a day and cost me nothing. Seemed pretty early thou for the failure.

How often have you been changing the coolant?

Bullchit. Ask to the tech. Im sure he will be more than happy to make some money for doing nothing. Maybe bring a 12 pack or a bottle with you, leave it on the seat, and tell them you dont know whose it is, but it better be gone when you pick the truck up.

Installed No limits EGR pass thru plate and it didn't help. Still pukes, I have a good CAC coming by this weekend. Will update if it fixes it.

Bad enough coolant is making its way into the intake system.

I have a catch can and i routed the breathing tube to the top of he motor, never thought I'd fill it up.. whole motor had coolant lol.

From reading the secondary coolant temp sensor, it gets to 123degrees?

Changing the oil for good measure and she's good to go. These things are tanks. Way I see it, it had free water injection for a bit. Lol.

Got a IC from sportschassis on here off his 2016. Just installed it and all seems well. I leave for CA in the morning, will post my results.
