drag/sled pull tunes will have lots of injector duration and ICP (commanded) in the tune...
you're going to get the hanging rpm when free revving with that size injector nozzle, in that kind of tune, with a Gen3.
If you want to free rev it, let me know and I'll write a different tune...
rpm=oil volume...
if the injectors aren't using the oil from the pump(s)...from very short injector duration, then pressure will be high causing the rpm to hang until the IPR can bypass enough volume of HPOil to lower the ICP pressure and regain base idle rpm/ICP values.
the more aggressive the tune, the more it'll want to hang rpm on a free rev.
