With the fuel and mods Dustin has he could hit 30 PSI and keep on skipping higher with the S510. A lot of it has to do with the exhaust housing.

Mike knows more about my truck then i do sometimes LOL, he knows what housing and everything is on the turbo, it was his LOL

Im thinking a 60mm gate would by pass 4 whole cylinders, that would be enough to lightly drive the stock turbos... i think, might need more gate then that i dunno.

It would suck to only run one big gate then find out you need to gate the second or third stage. Especially with the room constraints. If cab comes off I say put two gates in.

No they were the Tow Turbos so I could sled pull after. 616Hp 1316Tq No load "UN-Corrected" 3rd place fuel only and 2nd place pulling in Super Mod Diesel. And yes I had the Idea 2 years ago and I was thinking about it again a few days ago. Just cuz I dont post my every thought doesnt mean Im not thinking it. I figured now would be a good time to say Im doing it since I have time while I wait for another Coverter after toasting it sled pulling.

Local built Precision kit. I wanted a suncoast but the time frame didnt allow it. My truck didnt have injectors, pump, turbos, or a trans in it at 5pm friday I didnt get a trans until 7pm but we made it to Dog Days.

Have at it then, i really want to see it work, but i think im going to roll my 71mm and s510 and let it eat, going to be different anyway, and this way you can try it, ill try mine, and we will meet up again and see how far we have gotton, i was all pumped earlier but i let some wind out just because i want something that is known to work a little better, my wife is really not happy with me and my truck as of late

I do remember you saying something awhile back and i shot it down only because we were talking true tripples with two atmospheric turbochargers. At the time i didnt really understand compressor maps ect as much as a i do now to realize that its probably going to work just fine, pretend the stock turbos are one turbo LOL
