To those who mentioned full tube chassis you have to think, full tube chassis = trophy truck. I forget if this particular build is the prerunner or future race truck but it has to keep a certain amount of the stock frame. If it's ever going to get linked in the rear ditch the bed now and sell it while it's still whole. Plan a few steps ahead so you don't have to completely do re - do things several times.

yeah not really planning on racing this one. just toy right now. Might be a legit pre runner when I get around to the race truck build. but my 6.7 kinda put the breaks on that project.

I have decided to start on the rear first.

Im getting all the parts figures out im going to need for the 4 link.

I have decided to ditch the bed and sell it. I will make some wheel wells to try to keep rocks and other things from being thrown around. Also going to have a 38 gal Jaz fuel cell and 1 or 2 spare tires.

rear axle is getting a artec truss

Trevor at PMF is going to help with the shocks
