Was going up hill, felt something, white smoke. HELP

What happened? Pulled over after about 1/4 mile when I hit a shoulder and shut it off. Checked under hood everything seems to be alright no fluids or anything

Studs and egr delete was done by MPD 4k miles ago. Luckily it was 10 minutes from Marty's shop.

I got that same code in April and it turned out to be a cracked piston

Thanks buddy for the great news lol. I'm trying to keep the best attitude I can about this hoping it's ONLY an injector. If it's a piston truck will probably be sitting for a while

That's ok. Checking the cylinder walls for damage will determine the cost.
Hopefully it's only the injector

Yeah some heavily respected 6.4 guy thinks it gonna be a piston. A lot of guys have block damage too?

Hopefully you got lucky and it was an injector. I would check CCV for extra blowby... also check the glow plug harness and see if it blew out of the valve cover.

If the blocks ****ed up ill find a used stock motor and sell or trade it in. I hope it's just an injector but I'm not sure of my luck. Sucks cuz I was really proactive with this truck, tranny before it broke, studs before the gaskets blew etc. Now I could be facing a blown motor
