Edge insight not working with custom SCT tune
I've had my Insight CS and SCT tunes since almost the day I bought my truck without any issue. Does it tell you what the strategy is if you go into vehicle info?- MisterCMK

Normal parameters after studs/egr delete
ECT around 190 is normal depending on conditions. Now that your EGR cooler is gone the 15* spread isn't as important because there is no EGR cooler to rupture if the coolant flow is restricted. Yes the temps are getting up there but I wouldn't worry about as much as if you had an EGR... -

Anyone use Airlift WirelessAIR system
I've got one. It says I have a leak in the left air bag but it never seems to show any bubbles when I try to track down the leak. Range sucks depending on where you mount the solenoid block. It is also battery hungry. I've been happy with it though. Sent from the closet under the stairs -

Hanging Shift
My 07 had the occasional hanging 3-5 shift both stock and with Gearhead tunes. I ended up putting a GoGo solenoid in and I haven't had a hanging shift since. -

need a new alternator
I went with a Tenney 270 and it was 325 or so. Lifetime warranty.- MisterCMK

Tune = 15-20% drop in fuel mileage
I've gotten 18+ with the srl tune but you really have to stay off the throttle. I think my best was 19 with the srl+. -

egr delete check engine light
Another vote for the Gearhead tunes. The trans tuning is spot on and the power is great. -

sct x3 cable question
The use connection is what you want. The connector by the top is for data logging external inputs like a wide band.- MisterCMK

Windshield tint strip
My tint is cut around the lettering and dots in the center. My tint guy uses black vinyl and puts that over the dots for rear defrosts.- MisterCMK

Wouldn't that require safety chains since it is a ball connection?
