Alot of people recommend any ec-1 rated coolant if you're going to flush. It doesn't require any nitrate monitoring like the ford gold. I'm a long ways from a coolant pro though and just went by experiences of other guys.

For the mini maxx, as long as it has version 6.4.34 or later then all tune families are loaded on it. For the xrt pro 6.4.14 or later and black maxx 6.4.31 or later. Either way it is recommended to update the tuner prior to install anyways so you would be guaranteed to have all the tunes on it.

I ran one for 35,000 kms with no issues but after deciding to delete the EGR I had to upgrade. Like I said though it worked great for the whole time I used it. I ran all the tunes and don't have anything bad to say about it.

You would have to find someone who could export a file from the tuner onto the micro sd and then loa it onto your computer. Then you have the starting point where you can make adjustments.

I have a mini maxx but anyways my temps are oil 196-201, coolant 192-199, tranny 155-170. These are daily driving and not including the towing temps.

I am pretty sure the guys who told you the oil cooler was clogged would have been talking about the coolant side of it. I have never heard of the oil side plugging up.

You can just unplug them with h&s
