After an extensive search and lots of reading I settled on IDP tuning.

you are talking about short bed trucks correct? SB trucks come with 1 piece drive shafts. The OP has a long bed truck and they have 2 piece drive shafts. I have a CCLB and talked to a few local shops about the possibility of a 1 piece drive shaft and was told no. Almost impossible to balance...

So after reading all of this is flo pro or afe better or are they about the same? I plan on running a 4" I guess since I don't want the drone. Not sure on the muffler yet as I didn't have one on my 6.4 or my first 6.7. The sound didn't bother me on either but I will be towing more now. Also...
