Thanks it's a family business. Been in business since the 60's and in this shop since '82. I'm pretty blessed to have access to about any tool I need.

Can't see the crack but was leaking in the bottom left corner

So what's new for the addition?
NEW block from ford
HD international pistons. Straight wall bowl, valve reliefs, and ceramic coating from Midwest diesel
Stage 1 cam from Midwest diesel
4 link front suspension from RCD
H-11 headstuds from elite if they come in time

Replace oil cooler again or leave it? The temps were showing fine when I tore the truck down I don't think the sludge got in to the cooler

The block has arrived. Crank is at the machine shop getting polished, rods are getting reconditioned. Once the pistons and cam make it in it will all get balance then I can start reassembly
