    That is exactly what I meant. Gearhead, KEM, IDP seem to be working hard on there tunes always trying to find a way to make things better. The canned tune company's don't even come close.

    LOL.... It seems like everyone is always talking about all the other tuners, IDP, H&S,Gear Head, SCT, KEM etc,you don't hear that much about Spartan anymore.:shrug:

    Its good to see these guys working hard on there tunes great job guys!! Others seem to not give a crap, or don't even test them properly.. I think I will go change my fuel filter!!

    I dont think there is a lot that spartan can do now. They seem to be a thing of the past. There are so many better tuning options out there now!

    My gears are 3:55 and have the stock 18 tires. This is also running empty on flat ground.

    In 5th with TQ locked 1/4 throttle my EGTs will hit 1000 and will climb if I let it. If I stomp on it and let it down shift my EGTs will drop.

    I wish mine only went to 35 boost its the 44+ that makes me nervous on stock bolts. I to agree the shifts are not good or the high EGTs.

    Spartan should let others tune on the DD, or are they just scared???? LOL... The DD is a great monitor just imagine if you could choose your tunes for the DD, that would be great.

    I tow with Spartan ,I say go with one of the other tuners. I don't care for the harsh shifts, the bucking or the high boost. I have not seen others who tow complain about the other tuning companies, but have seen a lot complain about Spartan. Just my .02

    Ticking sound?

    I ask because the 6.4 makes a ticking sound after the oil has been changed. There is a TSB out there describing it.
