Finished up after work around 8pm and did the initial startup. Fired right up and the motor does have a little different sound to it but not much. Took it for a short test ride and first you can notice is the motor runs smoother for sure. Need to adjust some hoses and re-adjust some Turbo pipes and hoses tomorrow night but definitely driving it to work in the am.

Sounds good. When I listed the build I put down a Colt Stage 1 Cam. The final build it was a Colt Stage 2 Cam if your talking about comparing builds.

Yeah Mike is going to send me a cooler inlet hose that should take care of the problem.
My hoses have been through a lot. I think this set had done about 4 Turbo's I think and a couple of cooler changes. And many changes. LOL
Craig is making me a set of CNC Exhaust Manifolds to replace the 1st Gen set I have now. They will match the Ported Heads perfectly along with the gaskets. Then with a new set of hoses and I should have everything ready for the new HTT369sx Turbo when it comes in.

I don't believe htt has anything to do with that turbo. Pretty sure the 369 is a charger directly from borg. Unless you're doing something different.

I'm looking at running the same turbo.
