I want under the assumption that all e-mail file tuning and ficm tuning hindered icp readings when tapped into the pigtail

you updated to the 04.5+ oil system right?

did you replace the oil galleys when you did the HPOP?

I have the waves rails, new SCT fitting, new stand pipes with the teflon backup ring, new dummy plugs with the Teflon backup rings, and new branch tube.

Also, sensor is in theassenger side valve cover along with the correct wiring harness, not just extra wire added onto the old harness.

Yes, all latest and greatest oil system from Ford.

Hindered ICP readings come from using AE software...not the actual voltage coming from the sensor that the Autometer gauges use.

I do have AE, but I was told it does not work properly with tuned trucks....it won't read higher then 1500.

So you don't use the multidisplay window, and select it to read the pressure...you select voltage?

I use the live data meter, and only read IPR DC% and ICP Voltage that way AE logs it faster since it is only reading two different things. Ill find the ICP voltage conversion chart from eric and post it on here

but I am pretty sure that auto meter gauge should be spot on.

Like I mentioned in my PM to you, the old style Adrenaline pump I had dropped to 22-2300 psi as well.
Big injectors I guess...

Yeah...the old style Adrenaline pump only maintained 22-2300 psi at wot too.

Not sure but maybe these injectors are bigger then 225/100???

What are you seeing for hpo pressure with yours? (I see you have 225/100's as well)

Here's what eric posted on PSN

We log voltage when tuning ICP. The tuning will skew the calculated reading through the OBD2.

Isspro and Autometer have HPOP gauges that translate voltages to an analog PSI on the gauge.

1.0volt@580psi, 3.22volts@2520psi

(PSI) (MPA) Voltage
0 0 .02v
200 1.5 .4v
400 3 0.73v
600 4 .96v
800 5.5 1.2v
1000 7 1.4v
1200 8 1.6v
1400 9.7 1.9v
1600 11 2.1v
1800 12.4 2.3v
2000 13.8 2.6v
2200 15.2 2.8v
2400 16.5 3v
2600 18 3.3v
2800 19.3 3.5v
3000 20.6 3.8v

You can follow the trend to 4000psi.
