You can get a new fender and have it painted for that. That is crazy for one fender.

If I do all, and I mean ALL, the body work and remove all the parts needed to be removed (grill, bumpers, etc.), I can get my truck painted for $1500.

The clear coat is peeling off the hood and I have a bubble starting to form above the rear passenger tire. I guess it is preventive painting.

ohh... pics do hide a lot of stuff dont they. sometimes pictures can look great and when you see it in persoon its like WOW, what happen. you gonna replace the whole bed or just that bed side

Since it is just starting, I am going to fix the bedside that is there. I think once I turn the bed upside down, I can stop any other rust that is starting from the under side.

Yea, it is going to stay the same color. Depending on price, it might get a white 2-tone down the center.
