will the new gasket come with those in it? ordering it from the dealer today

I wouldn't buy head gaskets from the dealer. Fel-Pro gaskets are just as good, at a fraction of the price.
Do buy some ford metal surface prep, part# ZC-31-A and plastic or brass scrapers for prepping the block.

That is FoMoCo's proprietary blend. I'm sure you could find a close substitute at a parts house, but I've had best results with the genuine Ford stuff.
Don't be scared of Fel-pro gaskets. Price is low but they are a quality gasket. Plenty of pulling trucks boosting them to 70psi+ with studs. I had mine to 40psi multiple times with the TTY head bolts before I studded the engine.

Nope.
Stock bolts will be fine for stock/near stock applications.
General rule of thumb is that 40psi of boost is where studs become necessary. There are factors other than boost at play, but that is generally the breaking point.
Would be a good time to install head studs if the budget allows it, and you plan on increasing performance in the future.

On edit: You are replacing the head bolts correct? They are torque-to-yeild, so it is a one and done type deal.

Want to say I paid like $22 for a 1 pint can of it. There is plenty for multiple head jobs in each can, so you might be able to hawk it off on one of those 6.0 guys in the classifieds and get some money back :D
I should add, Ford recommends a 2-part process for removing gasket material. First would be ZC-30 which is silicon gasket remover, and the second part ZC-31 is metal surface prep and what I mentioned previously.
I've had good results with parts house equivalents of the ZC-30, but always get ZC-31 direct from Ford. You can get ZC-30 from Ford, but expect to pay double what you would elsewhere. I've had good luck using Permatex RTV Silicon Dissolver part#80652
