Craig....with a 64mm turbo kit and 190's, will the 150% nozzles be alot more smokey than the 100% nozzles? Just wondering if you can explain how the 150 nozzles can be better than the 100's...thanks!

It will be going on this week sometime gotta get the regulated return on first than slap the injectors in and from what I've seen 150% nozzles burn a lot cleaner

You know this isn't the first time I have heard this either. Craig I don't know if you have noticed lower EGTs by simply swapping from 100% nozzles to 150% nozzles but I have heard that by simply upsizing nozzles and changing NOTHING else that this here is what has been noticed. Once I get a full 10k miles on the injectors that are in my truck currently, I am going to be swapping to a set of 190/150s to see how they work.

Craig what are your thoughts on the 8 hole vs 6 hole nozzles?? Can you get an 8 hole 150% nozzle??

I like my 150% nozzles, but they dont burn cleaner than 100s in the lower rpm range, Theyre hazy on the bottom end but up top is where they shine, WOT my 66 cleans up 205s perfectly

All depends who builds injector and what brand nozzle is used
I've always been a fan of the 6 hole nozzles have always made more power than 8s on a 6.0

That does make sense Greg. Just like any other nozzle over stock is going to work better in the upper rpm range.

Yeah i've heard elite uses 8 hole nozzles, but i thought i remember someone(lubeowner/Jeremy) say something like....the 8 hole nozzles don't burn as nice as the 6 hole nozzles and will leave a different burn pattern on the pistons. Not to mention because of the two extra holes in the nozzle...the holes have to be higher up in the nozzle tip which i think doesn't spray as nice as a 6 hole nozzle would.

150% nozzles burn a lot cleaner

Honestly, this doesn't make any sense to me. Personally, I would expect that smaller nozzles would burn cleaner, and more completely, at low rpms than large nozzles. The large nozzles, like 150%, I would expect to haze at low rpms but would allow for more high rpm horsepower.

Perhaps this is not the place for this discussion, but Why do you think 150% nozzles would burn cleaner?

Because I have tested this and everything shows it fuel mileage egts power all factors we've been building injectors for 4 years now we've been around and tried everything

I wish my 150 nozzles burned cleaner down low, its a little hazy, but up top there is close to no smoke with 205's and a 66. Just goes to show you how far tuning can go if you have enough information about the injector.
