yup thats the one im using, using the stock feed line to a T fitting, and the return off the regulator to the factory return line. The return line that goes to the stock pump will just be connected by 3/8 line slid over the ends to connect the two.

Its going to be a slick setup. Ill make sure to take pictures with the cab off.

Im just gonna stick with the stock return line, butI think you lost me on the T how your doing it. So your going to T the supply and return together where they meet at the HFCM, and from there to the engine use the stock return line? I am definitely interested in seeing everyones pics.

i knoww, was just trying to figure out what all i needed to make the lines..

If you wanna make your own braided stainless fuel lines like it did on my whole fuel system...just get some braided hose and hose ends from summit. Then all you gotta do is find out how long a line you need, cut it and put the ends on.

If you have them made, just make sure they can withstand the heat being that close to the Y-pipes or wrap the lines in some heat insulation. My lines are braided stainless for the RR and in the back of the heads the lines have a sleeve of heat insulation on them to protect them from the heat.

no im not Teeing the return into the supply line. Its a T fitting aka a y-block but it uses a T not a Y just because of the way the stock feed line comes up at an awkward angle. the stock supply line feeds both the feed lines to the front of the heads. Returned off the back of the heads to the regulator then a single line from the regulator to the stock return line.

down where the pump used to be The stock return line fed into the pump since the pump wont be there anymore Im just going to connect the return on In and out so its one line. I have a sump passing through a filter feeding the pump, the pump feeds the stock supply line.

Ah gotcha. Does anyone know if it takes a special tool to remove the stock fuel lines from the HFCM? I thought I remember reading something like that.

Is there any problem running two filters pre pump? I think I'm going to do the baldwin water/fuel into a cat fuel filter. I know sometimes its not a good idea to run the fine filter pre pump but will that be a problem for an A1000?

No problem there, I would do a water fuel separator before te a1000 and a filter after.

That is good to know. I was always under the impression that both filtering units were suppose to be pre-pump.

I would rather do it that way but for ease of installation I think I'll just put them both pre pump if it won't cause any problems.

I was just in that situation a few days ago. I wanted the 2mic after the pump but it was going to be 10x easier to do both pre pump. I ended up putting the cat filter post pump. I have pictures of everything and will post them later when I get back to my computer.

That is a good thread to read, the cat filter Im choosing to run (1R-0750) works best under suction (prepump) and flows 100gph, at what pressure rating im not sure of. Its near impossible to find a 100 micron spin on filter (that i've seen) And there is no way im paying for the aeromotive 100mic filter. I dont see any problem running properly setup 2 micron filters pre pump (elite has been using the dahl fuel filter / water separator pre pump for years with no issues.)

I was also thinking about running the baldwin separator pre pump and the cat post pump. Im curious to see your setup.
