87.x is maxed out on the dashdaq.

:whs:

If you spike that high, subtracting barometric pressure won't do you any good. When I had my 6.4, I never saw the EBP reading max out in my data logs. I did see 55-56 psi of boost on rare occasions, but even then EBP was 82-85 psi. Which comes out to 68-72 psi of actual EBP....which I don't think is terrible at 50-55 psi of boost. My ratio was ALWAYS worse on the dyno than on the street. Boost was always down but EBP was always the same as it was on the street. Kinda strange to me.

This was with the factory VGT and Elite 71mm low pressure turbo.

I spoke with Elite yesterday. I am searching for the same question. I really wanted the 76 but staying stock fuel and factory VGT they informed me it would be best for me to stay 72 and ported intake. Now my great debate is ARP2000 or H11 studs. For my application I don't think I need to live a champaign life on a beer income.

Arp's are more than enough. most importantly, its how they are installed.

That's what I was thinking. The shop I go to said if I haven't puked, which I have not, dropping them in one at a time with the cab off should suffice just fine. Any suggestions

exactly what i was trying to avoid. pull the cab, pull the heads and get them magnafluxed and decked, use OEM head gaskets, make sure the stud holes are dry and clear of debris, and make sure the torque wrench is calibrated properly.
