It's in on warranty right now so im just tryin to get some ideas for now. I hope it's not a turbo issue. If I have a problem I'd like to see an injector that way I don't need any items warrantied. But the only thing that makes me think it's not residual is it just started doin it and seems to be gettin worse. Does your truck do it?

My truck never has, no.

How could I tell for sure if it's moisture?

Off the top of my head, I have no idea. If you have a buddy with a 6.4 close (who's truck doesn't do it) you could swap Intercoolers over real quick...

Other than that, I would pull your downpipe off and look for oil/fluid in it or on the turbine wheel. Then, you'll need to do some digging. Pull both turbos, check them etc.

I've seen cracked heads/block show the same symptoms before as well. I still doubt that's your issue, just saying.

The heads were just replaced cause mine were cracked. Any way to tell if blocks cracked other than pull heads. I'll pull down pipe next eek when I get it back. It word it wasn't doing it at first and then it stated after bout 200 miles.

Like I said, I'd check the first things before you read into it much.

Medicine Hat... Again
water vapor is a by product of combustion. So with hot exhaust gases, engine internals, and a cold exhaust pipe it will make condensed vapor. If you are still iffy about it. Drop the oil and have it analyzed for anything out of the ordinary. Other then that crack a beer and stoke the fire. It's cold out there. I wouldnt worry too much though if the truck is running fine.

My truck hazes like a bastard with conventional oil. It would eat oil if the eot's got above 206f and i could smell oil in the exhaust but there was never any oil residue in the down pipe. IC... There was a fair amount of goop in there. I'm thinking everyone is reading too much into this.

You can undo the lower IC boot to see if you have residual oil fron the crank case. It can also be a valve seal pushed out on the exhaust side but not likely if you just had it studded and heads replaced.

I had to clean the atmo turbo out real good because of all the gunk and build up. Pushed oil out of the seal on the "U" turbo to turbo pipe. CCV is vented to atmosphere, and everything is as clean as a whistle

My crank case has been vented since 40000 miles and my heads just had new valves and everything put in. My atmo charger is new so wen I get it back I'll check the bottom intercooler boot. It's just weird it started now with the new stuff on and never did this before.
