Put clean oil on the O-Rings!! Will help keep them from binding and will let the injector go in easier, And keep the O-Rings from nicking as quick!! NO HAMMERS!! Push them in by hand it might take a hard push but they will go in!!

ounce you do one the rest are butter.. The bolts that face the valley of the engine need to be put in first and turned in all the way. Then the bolts facing away from the valley are put in last. torque the bolts to 10 FTLBs or 120 Inch LBs...

They break easy!!

Yes sounds like you need to fill the HPOP tank. This is needed to be done a couple of times till it starts. No oil in the tank the means the injectors will not fire.

Do you know where the HPOP is??? Right in front if it as you face the engine from the front as a aluminum tank about 2"Deep 6"Wide and 6"Tall on the right hand side of the tank as your facing the engine is a plug that take a allen wrench to pull it out. take that out and fill it with oil. Crank some more and fill it again keep doing this till it starts. my take 3 to 5 times..

Here is picture of the tank. the tank is the thing above the shiny black spacer that has dieselsites name on it. Right behind the Bigger black coolant hose on top of the tank is where the plug is.

Keep cranking!!! Might also want to make sure all the electrical lines are hooked back up. there is a line that goes under the fuel bowl that if it is not connected the pickup will not start. Another thing you can do is check fuel pressure. There is a valve stem on the side of the fuel regulator that you can check PSI when running or cranking Take a tire pressure gauge and have somebody hold it on there when you crank it and see if you have fuel pressure.
