While I agree that there isn't any 'problem' with running x000cc inj with a 200% nozzle...from an injector durability standpoint...
there would much more likely be an issue related to the tuning asking for too much PW...which would be pissing a lot of fuel 'late' into the cylinder...creating higher than necessary EGT's, an a chit ton of smoke...without any real benefit as far as actual power increase.
but if the tuning was set up to not ask for >x_ms...(or whatever duration which was req'd for ~300cc's)..it would be hunky dory...since the tuning would electronically 'neuter' the 400/200...down to a 300/200 +/-
