If it's the same truck as the one I saw on FB... it upshifts 3 times during the run, and it seems as though there's a chattering sound the whole time.. (surge?)

Do you think it sounded like wastegate flutter?
The truck on facebook had a gate on it.

So that truck had a 68 on it with a fass pump and custom tunes

Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk 2

Yes it had an EFR 67.7 billet wheel. t3 .83 with the gate set to 30 psi.
The 1.65 id headers like you guys have.
It has a fass lift pump.
afe intake, 5" exhaust.

It had our custom tunes on it.
We added fuel and no timing(for sake of the engine).
The pulsewidth was right around 1200 and it drained rail to 25k about.

You can see that it was draining rail because street tune and the performance tune were about 8 rwhp difference only.
The tow tune was 490 iirc.

Mike did your 63mm roal smoke or does it clean everything up pretty well also?

Cleans up completely on the dyno and on the road, just a little smoke if you stab it

Thats what we found too. 63,66, and 68 all clean up.
We have put that s360 on a couple f550 that tow heavy.
That turbo will roll a light haze, so we tell everyone not to run that on the hottest setting.
If we only had more fuel out of these things now.

Your kit looks great by the way, and I know that stainless is not cheap.
When you guys came out with yours i priced it :)

Thank you sir

I talked to Ted today and he said Innovative is having a dyno in July on the same day we are doing the shootout.

Any chance you guys could send at least one truck up.
I know you will have allot of fans there.
The dirt drags are open to King Kong or any of those nasty 6.4's you have there!!

Anyway good talking to you again.

That sounds right.
Same dyno truck to truck we have found tthat the header and fixed turbo upgrade add around 40 rwhp, lower egt's about 200, and pick up dome mpg's.

I would expect very simalar results with all kits.

Thanks for the baseline numbers.

Every kit is making different numbers at this point, I'd say its best we not try to categorize them all.

Looking forward to the numbers Jared and his crew come up with over at RCD. Chop chop fellas!

I actually have to get the truck done first. Too many customer jobs, not enough time to get our stuff done lol

I know the feeling. Its good to see you value the customer jobs.
I am also 100% positive once you get a kit out you will be allot busier.
They do not sit on the shelf by any means.

I am looking forward to seeing the rcd kit as well.
I really like the wastegate;)

That 516 on a stock truck is just a tad high for me to really believe, not trying to start anything but that had to be a very forgiving dyno to make those #s

Just talking to Eric the average power on a tuned deleted truck on his dyno is around 460-470 and he's done a lot of messing with the 6.7
