Ya I know! Im hoping it does get warrantied. I'm trying to figure out why this happened. My powermax has been just as hot as this turbo and has put out just as much boost as this turbo, with a lot less drive pressure (1.2 as opposed to 1.5 ratio with the pmax) which leads me to believe it was a manufactured error.

have you pulled it off yet? Looks like the shaft snapped or something, cant really tell, but is that the compressor wheel poking through the compressor cover?

that's the turbine housing the way it looks cause the Y pipe is right there.

Nope I have to send the turbo in first. Its going to UPS monday afternoon. Bill wouldn't budge at all!

Oh wow, so are they going to have to examine it and see if it failed due to their fault or yours before they ship out a new one? Well I hope they replace it nonetheless.

Just read through this thread. That really sucks. I do hope they warranty it. It looks like it would have had to be outta balance. Did you just lose the turbo? I hope nothing else was hurt.

I hope the compressor side didn't let go. I'm going to eat and work in the dark to pull it off. I gotta get it to bill ASAP
